The German-British Chamber of Industry & Commerce is supported by the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy in accordance with a Resolution of the German Parliament. This allows us to deliver information at subsidised rates, as listed below.
 

Procedure

You can request details of companies, industry and trade associations or trade publications in Germany by completing and returning the PDF order form.

We can refine the search according to product / service classification, location, number of employees and / or turnover. Please note that industry classifications could represent the company’s main area of business or a secondary line.

Lists are delivered as an Excel file within two or three working days after payment is received.

After 4-6 weeks we will have completed an address list with potential business partners. These potential business partners will be carefully chosen based on criteria you provide us with.

Being in touch with your business, we will draft marketing materials which will include the information that you are willing to disclose and share. These materials will help gain the potential suitors' attention help initiate an interest. These marketing materials tend to consist of:

• Reply sheet

Once you have given us a heads-up on the marketing materials and the address list, we send out the materials to all of the contacts.

All responses are forwarded to you. In case of any comprehension or communicative problems, we will help you where we can.
 

Fees

The total cost for this service is: £4,800

An initial down payment of £2,400 will be required.

The outstanding £2,400 will be charged upon completion.

The cost for the Agent Search is £1,200.

Additional costs that will arise include advertising costs, which will be dependent on how often your business would like to be advertised in the course of 12 months.

The German-British Chamber of Industry & Commerce compiles and regularly updates its comprehensive databases of German subsidiaries in the United Kingdom and British subsidiaries in Germany.

These databases contain details of over 4,000 companies including more than 1,300 subsidiaries in the UK and some 750 subsidiaries in Germany, together with their respective parent companies.

Standard/Tailor-made Lists

A standard list of the German subsidiaries in London is available in PDF format at a fixed price.

The Chamber can compile tailor-made listings of German or British subsidiaries (by product area and/or geographical location). These lists are available as Excel files and will contain up to 10 addresses.
